4. Freight Shipments
Freight orders are delivered curbside only. This means the freight carrier is not responsible for unloading, carrying items indoors, or assembly. For larger items, we strongly recommend arranging additional help at the time of delivery.
The freight carrier will contact you 2–3 days in advance to schedule a delivery window (typically 4 hours). You must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Missed appointments may result in re-delivery fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Important Notes:
Delivery timelines vary by product. In-stock Billiards tables typically ship within 1–3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.
You are responsible for ensuring a freight truck can access your location.
Some rural or difficult-to-reach areas may incur delivery surcharges.
5. Product Inspection
Upon delivery, inspect all packaging and take photos before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). If you see any damage:
Note all visible issues in detail on the POD.
If damage isn’t visible, write “possible concealed damage.”
Refusing to notate damage means you accept the shipment in perfect condition and void your right to claim shipping damage.
Please do not refuse a shipment unless it is clearly and completely destroyed. Contact us immediately for guidance if unsure.
6. Reporting Shipping Damage
All damage must be:
- Noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Reported to Pool Game Store within 1 business day of delivery.
- Documented with photos, sent to us within 5 business days of your report.
Failure to follow this process forfeits your eligibility for a replacement or refund due to shipping damage.
7. Professional Installation
If professional installation is included:
Your table will be delivered via curbside freight.
An installer will follow up to complete setup.
You must confirm room dimensions, access points, stairs, and parking ahead of time. Additional fees may apply if access is restricted.
8. Custom & Handmade Items
Many of our items are handcrafted and may feature natural imperfections or variations that are not considered defects. These unique characteristics make each piece one-of-a-kind.
Color representations may vary slightly based on your monitor settings.
9. Manufacturer Defects & Warranty
Defects must be reported within 10 business days of delivery with photos provided within 5 business days of the report.
Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to each product’s warranty details.
Commercial use of non-commercial-grade items will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before billing are fully refundable.
Cancellations after billing but before shipment will incur a 10% restocking fee.
If an item has already shipped or is prepared for shipment, a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges apply.
Custom and made-to-order products must be canceled within 48 hours of order placement. After that, cancellations are no longer accepted.
11. Returns
To return an item, request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by emailing support@poolgamestore.com within 10 days of delivery. Returns without an RAC will be refused.
Return conditions:
Must be in original, undamaged packaging.
Must include all accessories, hardware, and manuals.
Must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
Custom products, special orders, installed items, and custom felt sales are non-returnable and final sale.
12. Pricing Errors
While rare, pricing errors may occur. Pool Game Store reserves the right to cancel any orders due to incorrect pricing.
13. Additional Fees
Missed deliveries, redelivery, and unwarranted product refusals will incur additional charges.
Storage fees of $100/day apply if products must be held at the manufacturer beyond the production date.
All fees will be billed to the customer’s card on file.
14. Liability Disclaimer
Delivery and installation services are performed by independent contractors. Pool Game Store is not liable for damages, delays, or injuries resulting from these services. By purchasing, you agree to hold Pool Game Store harmless from any claims arising from third-party delivery or installation.
15. Changes to This Shipping, Delivery and Return Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
